Juby (“the App”) is made by WindSongAI LLC. This policy explains what Juby does with information when you use the tablet app, your home computer helper, or JubyAI Desk.

What Juby is

Juby is an AI helper. You ask in plain English. Juby prepares work. You tap Allow before anything important is sent or changed.

What we collect

• On your devices first. Conversations and drafts are meant to stay on your tablet, your home computer, or your private JubyAI Desk — not on this marketing website.
• Connection details. If you connect Juby to a home computer, Plus, or Desk, the app stores what it needs to reconnect on your device.
• Voice. If you use the mic, speech is turned into text on the device (or by the platform speech service). If you use Alexa, Amazon processes the voice under Amazon’s policies; Juby only receives the text ask you started.
• Screen Help. When you turn on Screen Help (Accessibility), Juby may use what’s on the tablet screen and perform taps you Allow — only to do the task you asked for.
• AI services. When Juby uses an AI service to help with your ask, that ask and result are processed under that service’s terms.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use Screen Help for ads or background scraping for marketing.
• Files move between tablet and Desk only when you ask.

Permissions

• Internet — talk to your home computer or JubyAI Desk.
• Microphone — optional Talk to Juby.
• Accessibility (Screen Help) — optional; you enable it in system settings; Juby asks Allow before acting.

Children

Juby is not directed at children under 13.
